SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days subject to production, credit clearance and address verification.
Tracking is included but delivery date is not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.
The tracking information will be sent to you via email. If your tracking information is not available, please email lecinqmai.official@gmail.com. le cinq mai is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. To ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please provide us with a telephone number.
Any orders sent out that cannot be delivered will be returned to us and the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
Orders that are returned to us as incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will return to us and issued a refund by deducting all shipping and duty fees and 10% of the value of products as handling charges. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. Please re-order the item if you still wish to purchase the item.
We will not be held responsible for delayed or damaged items caused by shipping provider, or items lost in transit.
If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with the shipping provider. We will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
Please be aware that during our sale and busy periods deliveries can take longer. To be notified of any promotional codes or other offers valid on our site via email, simply sign up to our newsletter.
*The free shipping offer is only available on standard shipping
*A surcharge is applied per shipment when the delivery destination is remote. Remote is defined as islands and highlands; or a post code/zip code that is difficult to serve; or a suburb/town that is distant, inaccessible or infrequently served. We will inform you if your destination requires a remote area surcharge.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis.
This means that for shipments to all countries outside the European Union and France's overseas departments and territories, the price shown on the invoice sent to the Customer will not include VAT or other taxes. Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union and France's overseas departments and territories may be subject to customs fees, local taxes, import duties and government taxes that are not the responsibility of le cinq mai. If such additional charges are applicable, they must be borne by the Customer who shall be solely responsible for filing all necessary returns and making all necessary payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in the country concerned. In the case that the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, the order is not eligible for a refund.
RETURN POLICY (if applicable)
Items must be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unworn ((including smell or traces of perfume, sweat, fragrance)) and undamaged, with all tags attached.) and its original packaging within 14 days from the date the customer received it.
Once the return item has been shipped the customer must provide tracking information to lecinqmai.official@gmail.com. All return costs (postage, packaging and other costs) will be paid by the customer. Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. Goods sent unilaterally without prior information will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All incomplete returns will be treated, on a case by case basis, at our discretion.
We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period.
*Non-refundable items: sale and coupon discount items, white colors, delicate fabrics.
*The promotional codes cannot be used after the order has been placed.
*Offer cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or coupon.
CONSIDER BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE: For returns from outside of EU all duty fees and taxes will be paid for by the customer.
(In the case that the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, the order is not eligible for a refund.)
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lecinqmai.official@gmail.com
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Cancellation is possible within 24h after the order has been placed. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
It takes up to 7-10 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
PAYMENT
You can choose to pay with PayPal. ( We are preparing for payment with a credit card)
When selecting the PayPal option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to le cinq mai.

LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website.
You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.
